En av orsakerna \u00e4r att tr\u00e4den har bundit koldioxid (CO<sub>2<\/sub>) under sin livstid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Livscykelanalys (LCA) \u00e4r en metod f\u00f6r att ber\u00e4kna milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan under en produkts hela livscykel \u2013 fr\u00e5n att naturresurser utvinns till dess att produkten inte anv\u00e4nds l\u00e4ngre och m\u00e5ste tas om hand. Med en LCA redovisas en produkts milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan under sin livscykel. Resultatet kan du sedan anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att projektera och bygga med mindre milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan fr\u00e5n r\u00e5varuutvinning, produktion (inklusive insatsmedel), distribution, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning, konsumtion och avfallshantering. Vanliga perspektiv \u00e4r fr\u00e5n-vaggan-till-graven eller en del av kedjan, s\u00e5som fr\u00e5n-vaggan-till-f\u00e4rdig produkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e5 Boverkets hemsida finns data p\u00e5 vilken klimatp\u00e5verkan som skall anv\u00e4ndas vid ber\u00e4kning av olika produkters CO<sup>2<\/sup>ekvivalent i tillverkning och i byggskedet A1-A5, enligt de europeiska standarderna EN 15978 och 15804. Som byggherre skall du inom kort kunna redog\u00f6ra f\u00f6r ett bygges klimatavtryck.
